We hebben zeer goede contacten met een gespecialiseerde aanbieder van spirituele retraites – Mystic Asia. Deze aanbieder – Mala – heeft als missie de rijke overlevering van oosterse kennis door te geven aan mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn in persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een interessante innerlijke en avontuurlijke reis willen maken. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in spirituele retraites waar aandacht wordt besteed aan Ayurveda, Vedanta, Yoga, Vasten, Tai Chi en andere disciplines. De retraites zijn kleinschalig en persoonlijk van opzet en bevinden zich op mooie spirituele plekken door heel Azië heen en in Afrika. At the request of several participants of the Inner Silence Meditation programme (which I started from the Himalayas in March 2020), I have designed a 3 night programme as attached . It is with great pleasure that I invite you to share some of my most inspiring moments/spaces during the last year and a half . Most of the meditations were a result of my own spiritual study and inspiration from the mountains during that time. As I continue to be here, in the amazing boutique hotel 7 Pines, this programme is designed to reduce your mental chatter while embracing the beauty of nature. The resort is surrounded by a forest on one side and a vast valley on the other . Stunning vistas, forest walks, birdwatching and mountain gazing are activities I have merged into the meditations. 

The dates for this retreat 3-6th Sept 2021, hopefully will be beyond the 3rd wave . I will need to close in with the resort by 15 th August after which they will not hold the rooms for us anymore (there is a mad rush for hill station tourism!). Therefore I request you to make up your mind very soon. In case we need to cancel the retreat due to Covid we will reimburse your booking or hold it on credit, as you please.
The resort is very spacious with lots of outdoor seating for dining, making social distancing very easy. Rooms are beautifully placed with great views of the Himalayan hills. And the best part is it’s only a 6hr car ride from Delhi making it easy for travelling in isolation. Alternatively you can fly to Chandigarh and the resort can arrange a taxi to bring you “home”!
